Cardi B gets emotional, celebrates hard-earned success with new album
Cardi B expressed pride in her success during the release party for her album Am I the Drama? in September. She got emotional, reflecting on how hard she had worked, especially while pregnant. She shared that she felt amazed by her achievements, saying, “I just feel like nobody really understands when you say, you working your a** off, and you see the results.”
Cardi, who released her debut album Invasion of Privacy in 2018, noted how much she’s grown since then. She explained that she now understands the significance of releasing an album and took more time with this one, unlike her first, where she rushed to meet deadlines while expecting her daughter Kulture.
