Dhaka Regency celebrates local culinary heritage with food festival
Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort is hosting a culinary event, “The Local Culinary Heritage of Bangladesh,” from October 15 to 25, 2025, offering an authentic taste of the country’s diverse cuisine. Running daily from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the event will feature regional dishes like biriyani cooked in bamboo, choijhal gosht, shatkora chicken, and vegetarian options such as bamboo shoot curry and dal with drumstick shoots.
The festival will kick off with a cake cutting by Justice Moyeenul Islam Chowdhury and feature live instrumental music. The event will highlight Bangladesh’s culinary traditions with a modern twist, offering a buffet dinner at BDT 5555 net per person, with a special “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE” offer for select cardholders and club members.
