Economy Minister proposes Rumen Spetsov as Lukoil’s special manager

His qualifications include degrees in economics and trade from the D. A. Tsenov Economic Academy and in national security from the Academy of the Ministry of Interior. His experience encompasses analyzing tax fraud and collaborating with various state and international organizations.
