GERB claims no majority without it, says Georgiev in Pernik
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georg Georgiev, said that GERB is needed for any majority. He spoke at a meeting in Pernik with GERB’s members, mayors, and councilors. Georgiev stated that without GERB, there can be no National Assembly or Council of Ministers. He added that the last four years showed that GERB is key to stability and security in the country.
Georgiev noted that the cabinet’s attempt to focus on the state ultimately led to a loss of support. He noted that while GERB is effective and faces criticism, others hide behind it.
