Hina, who has been open about her fight against stage 3 breast cancer, has spoken about her journey with honesty and courage. Her partner, Rocky Jaiswal, has been by her side through it all, offering constant support. The couple, married in June 2025, met while working on “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” and now appear together on a reality show.
