‘Jo Laali Jo’ captures mother-son bond in ‘Jatadhara’

The production team behind Jatadhara released a lullaby titled “Jo Laali Jo,” which explores maternal devotion and family separation. Shivin Kashyap wrote and arranged the musical piece for the drama starring Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha.

Producer Prerna Arora described the composition as capturing both a mother’s hopes and the anguish of distance. Director Umesh Kr. Bansal said the track embodies the film’s central themes of feeling, vitality and awareness while honoring the enduring power of a mother’s care.

Lead actor Sudheer Babu said filming the sequence evoked memories of his relationship with his mother. Cast member Indira Krishnan noted the entire production crew became emotional while recording because the music highlighted parental devotion and sacrifice.

Ess Kay Gee Entertainment and Zee Studios will distribute the Hindi and Telugu versions to cinemas on Nov. 7. The cast features Shilpa Shirodkar, Ravi Prakash and Rohit Pathak in supporting roles.
