Međimurje lands top spot in tourism finals

Međimurje County has earned five finalist positions in the national Annual Croatian Tourism Awards. The categories for its nominations include Cultural Destination, Rural Tourism, and Sustainable Tourism. The region was also recognized for its local hospitality through a nomination for Vesna Osojnicki and for health tourism through Terme Sveti Martin.

The Cultural Destination nomination acknowledges years of systematic development of cultural itineraries and museums.
