New TLP alliance threatens Pakistan’s fragile stability

They are angry over the killing of TLP members in Muridke by the police during a protest. The group is demanding the release of all TLP members and talks with the government.

Pakistan is already dealing with many problems. The country faces threats from the Taliban and internal struggles. The TLP-led group has support from many political and religious leaders, making it a strong challenge for the government. Protests are expected soon, and the situation could become tense if the government uses force against the protesters.
