Pakistan fields first against unbeaten England in World Cup clash

Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first against England at the R. Premadasa Stadium. Both teams made changes to their line-ups. Pakistan replaced Sadaf Shamas and Eyman Fatima with Aliya Riaz and Omaima Sohail. England brought in Sarah Glenn and Emily Arlott for Sophie Ecclestone and Lauren Bell.

England has won all their matches, while Pakistan is still looking for their first win. England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt said the team has sickness, but it gives others a chance to play. Pakistan captain Fatima Sana hopes the pitch will help the spinners and wants better batting partnerships. She also stressed finishing games strong.
