PM Modi declares 21st century India’s century
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed confidence that the 21st century will be India’s, calling it the century of 140 crore Indians. He spoke at the ‘Super GST Super Saving’ public meeting in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, where he inaugurated projects worth Rs. 13,430 crore aimed at improving connectivity, industry, and ease of living in the state.
Modi praised Andhra Pradesh for its rich culture, talent, and potential for growth, noting the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. He highlighted that the collaboration between Delhi and Amaravati is driving rapid progress.
The Prime Minister also mentioned Google’s investment in Andhra Pradesh, including a major AI hub and infrastructure projects that will make Visakhapatnam a global AI and connectivity hub.
Earlier, Modi visited the Srisailam temple, reflecting on the significance of Lord Somnath and Lord Mallikarjuna, and paid respects to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at the Shivaji Inspiration Centre.
