Prithviraj unveils Khalifa glimpse on birthday

On his birthday Thursday, Prithviraj Sukumaran shared a glimpse video of his upcoming film Khalifa, directed by Vysakh. The movie is a thrilling revenge drama about gold smuggling, and Prithviraj plays the lead role of Aamir Ali. In his post, Prithviraj teased that Aamir will write his vengeance in gold next Onam.

The video opens with a news announcement about a massive gold smuggling operation spanning London, Nepal, and Kerala. A customs official named Panicker interrogates an elderly man, who reveals the history behind the COFEPOSA Act and challenges Panicker to catch Aamir, hinting at explosive consequences.

The film promises intense action scenes, with Prithviraj’s character embroiled in gripping chase sequences. Khalifa will be released for Onam next year, following a shooting schedule in the UK. This marks Prithviraj’s second collaboration with Vysakh after their hit film Pokkiri Raja.
