Repairs near Pazardzhik finish, traffic rerouted on Trakia Highway

Repairs on the Burgas lane, 8 kilometers from the “Trakia” highway in Pazardzhik, will finish on October 11. Traffic will switch to the renovated lane, with one lane for Burgas and one for Sofia. Work is still ongoing on the Sofia lane.

Repairs are also happening in Sofia, Sliven, and Stara Zagora districts. In Stara Zagora, work started on October 9, and traffic is being diverted in some areas.

To manage traffic, reverse flows may be used based on traffic levels. The repair work includes replacing asphalt, drainage, signs, and road markings.

Repairs in Stara Zagora are expected to finish by October 31.
