Reporter asks if Trump will rebuild Temple

A reporter questioned White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Thursday about potential plans to reconstruct Jerusalem’s Holy Temple. Jake Turx from Mishpacha magazine raised the inquiry after viewing architectural drawings for a proposed presidential ballroom. Leavitt confirmed that discussions about temple construction had never occurred within administrative circles.

Turx praised Trump as a significant contemporary builder before presenting his question. The president earned recognition when he relocated the American embassy to Jerusalem and opened the facility in May 2018. A Dubai property company recently proposed erecting a Damascus tower bearing the president’s name after Washington lifted Syrian sanctions.
