Smriti Mandhana stays No. 1 in ICC Women’s ODI rankings
Smriti Mandhana remains at the top of the ICC Women’s ODI Batting Rankings after another strong showing at the 2025 Women’s World Cup. Her 80-run performance in Visakhapatnam helped her maintain her No. 1 spot, as several players made significant gains. Australia’s Alyssa Healy jumped nine places to fourth after her 142 in a thrilling chase against India. Healy shares her spot with South Africa’s Laura Wolvaardt, while Wolvaardt also moved up three places after a consistent run.
New Zealand’s Sophie Devine, the top scorer of the tournament, rose to sixth. South Africa’s Nadine de Klerk surged 26 spots to 32nd. Meanwhile, Sophie Ecclestone of England holds the top spot in the ODI Bowling Rankings, with Ashleigh Gardner of Australia right behind her. Annabel Sutherland and Nonkululeko Mlaba also made moves up the rankings.
