Sri Lanka seeks India’s help to boost digital transformation and AI innovation

Amarasuriya invited Indian industries to partner with Sri Lanka, particularly in AI, educational tech, and startups.
She highlighted Sri Lanka’s commitment to investing in education and skills to drive sustainable development. The discussions focused on collaboration in AI, renewable energy, infrastructure, and skill development. Indian industry leaders emphasized deepening ties, advocating for the Economic and Technological Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to boost trade and innovation.
