Zahid denies BN cracks, says coalition united ahead of GE

Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi is shutting down rumors of cracks in Barisan Nasional (BN), insisting the coalition is as solid as ever. Despite some squabbles between the parties, Umno, MCA, and MIC are still working together like a well-oiled machine. Zahid took a jab at the critics, suggesting some members are just throwing tantrums because they’re not getting what they want.

He brushed off the internal squabbles, calling them nothing more than family drama. Zahid revealed that Umno keeps the lines open with MCA and MIC, meeting up three times a week to keep things moving smoothly. Any party thinking of going solo has to check with the BN council first.

While some leaders grumble about not having enough power in the National Unity Government, Zahid insists everyone’s in it for the long haul. He pointed out that BN’s strength lies in its ability to argue but unite when it counts, a legacy of compromise that dates back to the 1960s.
